1. Syllabus/Course description
Include a syllabus or outline for an upcoming course(s) for which you’d like integrate the Museum’s collection. If you are in the beginning phases of planning, working titles and summary descriptions are suitable.
2. Museum-based Curriculum goals
Briefly describe how your course(s) would benefit from the Museum of Art’s involvement. Are there topics or teaching objectives (such as visual analysis, public speaking etc.) that your students could learn through class visits and assignments at the Museum? Describe themes, time periods or genres in the visual arts (if known) that might suit your course. If you have previously worked with the Museum’s collection, include these experiences. If you currently integrate visual elements into your teaching practice (through Powerpoint, reading assignments based on the visual arts, etc.), mention these as well.
